Dun in Australia

Probably the only book on Dun family history to have reached the stage of being printed is that of Loftus Dun whose excellent work They came as strangers. was published in 1995.
It covers the descendants of Rev. Alexander Dun (c.1722-1784) and Elizabeth Rankine (c.1734 -1798)
He was minister at Bendochy, north of Coupar Angus in Scotland.
Loftus describes:
The Dun family and its relationships with the Bedwell, Ward and Cork families in early Australia ( and with some of the many other families related by marriage, up to the time of the First World War).
